Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Complete 77 hours Real Estate Salesperson Course at a Real Estate School (in-person, Zoom, or online)
- Pass the NYS Real Estate Salesperson Exam (In-Person)
- Be sponsored by a NYS licensed Real Estate Broker
- Have a current NYS photo driver’s license or non-driver ID card
STEP 1: Take a 77 Hour Real Estate Salesperson Course at a Licensed Real Estate School.

STEP 2: Create a free EACCESSNY account with the Department of State (DOS) of New York
You will use this to register for the State Exam and renew your real estate license every two years.

STEP 3: Schedule your Real Estate Exam
You must register online using your EAccessNY Account
